How to accumulate loyalty points?
You accumulate loyalty points once your order has been placed. They are automatically credited to your account after receipt of your package.
How do I convert and use my loyalty points?
Click on the "Rewards" pop-up and then click on the option you want to redeem your points. A code will be generated and all you have to do is paste it in the "promo code" bar before validating your basket. The voucher generated is valid for one year from the day of conversion.
Is it possible to give my loyalty points to a relative?
Loyalty points are linked to your account and e-mail, so they cannot be transferred.
My voucher is not working, what should I do?
