I am Mario, the new General Manager and partner of Shaeri. I am very proud and happy to have joined Meryem and the team for a few months now. I was attracted to Shaeri for several reasons: the brand's values, the exceptional quality of the products, the entrepreneurial adventure it represents, and the development potential I perceived. My role as COO will be to support Shaeri in its growth and contribute to achieving the success it deserves. I am determined to use my experience and entrepreneurial spirit to reach these goals. Outside of my professional career, I am the father of a little boy and a member of a large Mediterranean family thanks to my Spanish-Moroccan wife and my Italian origins. I consider myself an entrepreneur at heart. Passionate about football, I also admit an interest, or rather a weakness, for wine and fine dining.
I am originally from Nice, from a true Franco-Italian family. Although I have been in Paris for over 15 years, Nice remains my "home". So I grew up in the sun and by the Mediterranean. The Mediterranean, its culture, and values play an important role in my life. My family owned a company that made professional coffee machines made in France: the company Unic. These are the machines found in coffee shops, bars, and restaurants: the famous percolators as some bistro owners say! Coffee has been a significant factor in my journey so far. You may not know, but there are more aromas in coffee than in wine. The coffee world is not limited to the simple product, but it fits into the larger world of hospitality and catering. Back to my journey, my passion for football led me to start my professional career in sports marketing with the Lagardère group before joining the family business. I worked and then managed Unic for over 10 years. I was particularly involved in the international development of the company and the management of the two subsidiaries in the United States and Japan. I sold the company to the Electrolux Professional group in 2019. I stayed with this group for 4 years, holding various management positions in the hot drinks and coffee division. But the life of an entrepreneur was missing. As you can see, family, the entrepreneurial spirit, made in France, and the Mediterranean are essential elements of my life; it's no coincidence that I am now at Shaeri!
Now that I am with Shaeri, I know the professional term: a true type 2C. But, my hair has always been an issue - at least since adolescence. In my family, they say I have "wavy" hair... hairdressers love it, but for me, who doesn't like having very short hair, it's always been a battle to style them.
I don't have just one product, but two flagship products: the Crème de Soin and the Soin quotidien. I use the care cream every morning as a styling and fixing cream. I've said goodbye to gels and other waxes for hair. It's a real revolution, I now have a product that is 100% natural which also allows me not to damage my hair and to take care of it at the same time. The Soin quotidien, I apply it to put my hair back in place during the day. It's practical, discreet, and quick!
