Article 8. Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of SHAERI. In the event of damage during transport, the justified protest must be formulated with the carrier within three days as from the delivery.
The delivery times are only given as an indication; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the buyer reimbursed.
