Your points are credited automatically after delivery of your order. They are valid for life as long as they are in your wallet. Once converted into a voucher, you have 1 year to use them!

You accumulate loyalty points with every purchase:

How to convert and use my loyalty points?
Click on the "Rewards" pop-up then click on the option you want to convert your points. A code will be generated and you just need to paste it in the "promo code" bar before validating your cart.
Is it possible to give my loyalty points to a friend?
Loyalty points are linked to your account and email, so they cannot be transferred.
My voucher doesn't work, what should I do?
