Your points are credited automatically after delivery of your order. They are valid for life as long as they are in your kitty. Once converted into a voucher, you have 1 year to use them!

How do I convert and use my loyalty points?
Click on the "Rewards" pop-up and then click on the option you want to redeem your points. A code will be generated and all you have to do is paste it in the "promo code" bar before validating your basket.
Is it possible to give my loyalty points to a relative?
Loyalty points are linked to your account and email, so they cannot be transferred.
