Refund policy

Any customer may request the return of his product within 7 days from the date of delivery. The returns of the orders sent in Metropolitan France and outside Metropolitan France are at the expense of the customer.

 

To return one or more products:

 

  1. The product must be in perfect condition for resale, in its original state (packaging, accessories), duly sealed, unused and accompanied by the return number. An opened and/or used product will not be refunded.

  2. Write an email to hello@shaeri.fr with the subject "Return Request" specifying your order number, and the product(s) you wish to return.

  3. Proceed to the return of the product(s) to the following address CAP 18 - 189 rue d'Aubervilliers - Voie C Porte 10 - 75018 Paris

  4. As of reception of the products and after checking of their state, Shaeri will proceed to the refunding

 

We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claim. If the item is refused for non-conformity, we will return it to you at our expense. 

When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached - if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed (see our T&Cs for more details)
